Personal Training:
Custom made one-on-one training to give you that personal workout and to make sure your form, alignment and the execution of exercises are done correctly.

Goddess Fitness Boot Camp: (special request)
Physcially intense transformational training program for women only. Program is for 12 sessions (Monday, Wednesday and Friday - 5:30am until 7:00am) for four weeks. It includes prayer, meditation, cardiovascular, strength and flexiblity conditioning, before and after fitness assessments, soul journaling and a 30-day detoxification nutrition program which is void of red meat, pork, refined sugar, flour, caffeine, nicotine, dairy, shellfish, fried foods, alcohol, and chemically processed foods. Living Food and blended food is embraced. A celebration is included at the end of four weeks. All fitness levels are welcomed.

Coed  Fall Fitness Challenge - ADVANCED:
This camp offers many of the same components as does the Goddess Fitness Boot Camp except the exercise is extreme sports conditioning. You must be in excellent physical condition and currently involved in an intense exercise program. Guest speakers such as pro athletes, sports psychologists and fitness experts are invited during the ten weeks to enthuse, encourage and educate you further on your journey to health and wellness.

Coed Fitness  Camp:
An six - eight week fitness training program for those wanting to increase strength, enhance coordination, develop flexibility, improve agility and lose toxic body fat. Classes are Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 6:00am until 7:00am. Must be 18 years or older to participate.

Group Exercise Instruction:
Group classes (3 or more) are designed for your health and fitness level. This activity is great for crusies, seminars or retreats to get your groove on and support each other in taking a step toward health and wellness.

Lifestyle Custom Fitness and Nutrition Planning:
Customize a fitness or nutrition plan according to your personal fitness level and lifestyle. This program includes lifestyle workout program, personal training sessions, health history screening, fitness assessments and/or 30-day meal plan with lifestyle recipes.

Mini Boot Camp:
A six-week intensive follow-up to the Goddess Boot Camp. Held Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 6:00am until 7:00am, it is one hour of the hard core physical fitness training you learned in the Goddess Boot Camp. *You must have participated in a Goddess Fitness Boot Camp within 9 months prior to a Mini Camp. Mini Camps are intermediate to advanced.

Living Food Therapy:
A nutrition program consisting of live food (food that is not cooked or chemically processed) as a therapeutic way of detoxifying and healing the body temple. Living Food Therapy can be incorporated into any nutrition program. Food is delicious and easy to prepare. Menus are provided.

Fitness Assessment:
This program helps you to learn and assess the status of your health and wellness. In this one-hour session you will learn your body fat percentage, body weight, body measurements, heart rate range, strength and flexiblity testing and nutrition analysis.

Health Retreats / Seminars / Workshops:
Design, set-up and implement programs that would feature activities, speakers, nutrition, and resource information. I am also available as a guest speaker at these venues.
